As many will tell you, eating plant-based is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. It's not a temporary "solution" or "fix" to a problem, it's a decision to live a life that emphasizes nutrient-dense meals based on plant-derived ingredients to improve overall health and well-being. Try it out, and see how you feel. Even if you can't achieve 100% plant-based, it's still a great effort!
